Tariff

• April – May £550 per week
• June – September £750 per week
• October – March £450 per week
• Easter week, Christmas ** or New Year £650 per week

** To help prepare for a Christmas break we can arrange to provide some essentials including decorations and a Christmas tree for an extra charge.

Terms and Conditions

Deposit

A deposit of 25% of full cost of booking is payable at time of booking.

Balance

The balance of the whole booking cost is payable 6 weeks before commencement of holiday period. If your holiday is booked less than 6 weeks before booking start date then full cost of booking is due at time of booking.

Cheques should be made payable to Shira Self Catering or direct bank transfer is available online. Please call for details.

The price payable includes electricity cost and full use of all bed linen and towels.

Period of Let

To give us time to prepare Shira for your arrival, your letting period begins at 4pm on day of arrival and ends at 10.30am on day of departure. Letting period is advised at time of booking and runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation by the client we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation. If another booking can be found for the letting period then all monies paid will be refunded to the client less a re-advertising charge of £20 per week to cover costs. If we are unable to re-let for the letting period then all monies paid will be retained by us.

In the unlikely event that Shira becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we (the owners) shall not be liable for compensation and the hirer will have no further claim against the owner. All monies paid will be refunded in full.

Travel Insurance

For peace of mind and security we advise that you arrange holiday insurance to cover your holiday.

Care of Property

The Client is responsible for the care of the property and furnishings and fittings for the duration of the letting period. All should be left in the same clean and tidy state of repair as at start of letting period.

Breakages or Damage

Please tell us of any breakage or damage to any of the property or furnishings and fittings etc at the time it occurs so that it can be rectified. The replacement or repair will be charged to you at cost.

Liability

The owners shall accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to the hirer or any member of the hirers party, or loss or damage to any of their personal belongings including motor vehicles.

Right of Entry

The owners have the right to enter the property during the period of let for purposes of maintenance, repair or inspection.

Smoking

The property is a no smoking environment.

Pets

Pets may be accepted by arrangement. Please notify us at time of booking.
